Eva Ertl is a peace and security practitioner. She is passionate about empowering women and youth to lead in peacebuilding and social transformation. Eva also serves as a Regional Assistant Research Officer at the National Commission on Small Arms and Light Weapons in Ghana and is pursuing an MA in Conflict, Peace and Security at the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre. Her work bridges research, advocacy, and community engagement to promote inclusion, disarmament, and sustainable peace.

Mariam Aminu is an organized and dedicated Administration Manager with a strong background in office management, customer support, and communications. She is skilled in coordinating operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficient team support. Passionate about service and structure, Mariam contributes to creating a smooth workflow that enables Inspire Change International to fulfill its mission effectively.

Gideon Nana Asmah, popularly known in media and event circles as Mr. Smile, is a Ghanaian media personality, public speaker, and professional moderator and compere. With a decade of experience in the media space, he has built a reputation for his engaging communication style, creative storytelling, and his ability to inspire audiences with humor, warmth, and purpose. Gideon is a graduate, Gideon has combined his analytical background with a passion for communication, leadership, and community development. He has moderated and hosted a wide range of corporate, social, and youth-focused events, including conferences, award ceremonies, book launches, and development dialogues. Beyond the microphone, Gideon is a digital marketer and content creator with practical skills in social media strategy, graphic design, and podcasting. He uses these tools to tell stories that spark action and drive change. In recent years, Gideon has extended his influence into environmental advocacy, with a strong focus on clean air. Growing up in a coastal community, he has witnessed firsthand the effects of pollution on health and livelihoods, fueling his commitment to advancing clean air awareness and environmental education through both media and community engagement. His work with InspireChange International and other community-based organizations reflects his belief that communication can be a powerful instrument for positive transformation.
